I offer personalised online coaching for runners targeting the 5km, 10km, half marathon, and full marathon. All programs are delivered through TrainingPeaks and tailored to your current fitness, goals, and lifestyle. You’ll receive structured weekly training, ongoing adjustments, and direct communication to keep you progressing consistently
The time needed to achieve a personal best varies depending on your current fitness level, training history, and goal. Most runners see meaningful improvements within 8–16 weeks, but longer-term coaching (3–6 months+) often leads to the biggest breakthroughs. Consistency and commitment are the key drivers of success.
Currently, my focuse on distances from 5km through to the marathon. Ultra marathon coaching is not offered at this time, ensuring full focus and expertise is dedicated to helping athletes perform at their best across these core distances
My coaching is designed for runners of all levels — from beginners looking to complete their first race to experienced athletes chasing personal bests. Every program is tailored to your ability, goals, and schedule, so whether you’re running your first 5km or targeting a sub-3 marathon, the coaching adapts to you.
Every athlete receives a fully customised training plan based on their current fitness, running history, and weekly availability. Your plan is continually adjusted based on your progress, feedback, and life commitments, ensuring you’re always training at the right intensity and getting the most out of each week.
You’ll have ongoing support throughout your coaching, with regular check-ins and the ability to message anytime through TrainingPeaks and/ or Whatsapp. Feedback is provided on your sessions, and your plan is updated as needed to keep you improving while managing fatigue and avoiding injury.
Coaching is $35 AUD per week, which includes a fully personalised training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks, ongoing adjustments based on your progress, and direct communication for support and feedback.
This isn’t a generic plan — it’s tailored to your goals, schedule, and ability, ensuring you’re improving consistently while avoiding injury and burnout. For less than the cost of a couple of coffees, you’re getting structured, expert guidance to help you run faster and reach your full potential.
The $1 training plans are structured, generic programs designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced runners. They’re a great low-cost way to get started, experience my training style, and build consistency.
However, they are not personalised and do not include feedback, adjustments, or direct coaching support.
Coaching, on the other hand, is fully tailored to you — with ongoing adjustments, communication, and guidance to ensure you’re progressing as efficiently as possible and getting the best results.
